Here’s how to setup a quick reply:
Open the WhatsApp Business app on your smartphone.
Click on the shop icon: Select Quick Replies: Select "Quick Replies" from the list of options.
Create a Quick Reply: Tap on the "+" icon to create a new quick reply.
Add a Shortcut: Add a shortcut for the quick reply by typing a shortcut word in the "Shortcut" field. For example, you can use the shortcut "delivery" for terms of delivery quick reply.
Enter a Message: Enter the message you want to use as the quick reply. For example, to set a quick reply for “delivery”, you can create a quick reply that says:
Within Lagos: 2 -5 working days
Outside Lagos: 5 - 10 working days
Save the Quick Reply: Tap on the "Save" button to save your quick reply.

Now, when you receive an inquiry about delivery, you can simply type “/” followed by the shortcut word, and the quick reply message will appear as a suggestion.
This also helps to eliminate typos and errors when you have staff working for you.
