Some of us may have cracked storytelling, but the way we showcase the product(s) itself is quite unappealing to customers.

Use high-quality product images, this can never be overemphasized. Ensure there’s good lighting and clear focus. Showcase different angles and details to give customers a comprehensive view of the product.
Add product descriptions. Don’t just post an empty picture, accompany each image with compelling product descriptions. Highlight the unique features, materials used, sizing information, and any other relevant details. Use descriptive language that engages and entices potential customers.
Include the price! Price is very important for making a buying decision. You’re doing your business more harm than good when you don't include the prices of products when showcasing them. If the price is subject to change, be clear about it but include the price.
Make your posts interactive. You can encourage engagement by asking customers to vote on their favorite products or colors, you can also ask them to name their prices for products. Just to create excitement and foster a sense of community and involvement.
Create a sense of urgency by showcasing limited-time collections and bundle offers exclusively to your WhatsApp contacts. This encourages potential customers to act quickly to secure their desired items.
Remember that it’s two-way communication. Don’t post and go to bed, promptly respond to customer messages, and provide excellent customer service.
