Catalog saves you the time used in responding to inquiries about products you don’t have.
It also saves you time sending pictures and prices back & forth.
You simply direct customers to your catalog to see available products and their prices.
In addition, the catalog helps you keep broadcast messages about your latest products and offers, short and sweet.
Just add the direct catalog link(s) so they can view pictures of these products and offers, and place their order.
You can also use the catalog link on your WhatsApp status updates.
Follow the steps below to set up your catalog on WhatsApp Business:
Open WhatsApp Business.
For Android users, click the three dots at the top right of your screen, then select “Business tools”.
For iOS users, click the settings icon on the bottom right of your screen, then select “Business tools”.
Then select “Catalog” just below “Business Profile”.
Click on “add new item".
Now add the picture(s) of the product/service.
Then add the item name, price & description.
If you would like to add a payment link or a link to purchase the item from your website, click on “more fields” and insert the link
When done, click save. You can follow this same process to add more items to your catalog.
